Shipping Policy: All items are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested by the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. The charges can be added to the order or be sent freight collect. This will be determined by the customer during the ordering process.

Return Policy: All sales are final, any product purchased from A&E LIGHTING SOLUTIONS may be returned for in-store credit only within 15 days of the original delivery date. Any product that is "FAULTY" may be exchanged for the same product. Any item returned "FAULTY" will be inspected upon return, if it is found that the product is "FAULTY" because of consumer negligence the item will not be exchanged without charge. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on returned products.
