We do not share, sell, or disclose your E-mail address to 3rd parties. This also includes any & all phone numbers you provide to us during your ordering process.

Billing & Shipping address:
This information will only be used for billing and shipping your purchased products, along with completing your customer file.

Credit Care details:
Your C/C information is kept confidential & is removed from your customer file after a period of 90 days.

Cancellation Policy:
All orders can be canceled within 72 hours, this must be done in writing via E-mail.

Return Policy:
All sales are final, any product purchased from A&E LIGHTING SOLUTIONS may be returned for in-store credit only within 15 days of the original delivery date. Any product that is "FAULTY" may be exchanged for the same product. Any item returned "FAULTY" will be inspected upon return, if it is found that the product is "FAULTY" because of consumer negligence the item will not be exchanged without charge. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on returned products.

Shipping Policy:
All items are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested by the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. The charges can be added to the order or be sent freight collect. This will be determined by the customer during the ordering process.

This web site is to be used only for the purpose of purchasing your L.E.D. lighting products. We will not tolerate abuse or fraud in any way, all violators will be prosecuted.
